Action plan upon arrival in Liepkalnis
1. Purchase ski passes in advance before arrival.
You can purchase ski passes and equipment rental on the www.skipassbaltics.eu website or in the Ski Pass Baltics mobile app.
Those who do not want to plan their skiing time can always purchase ski passes at the Liepkalnis ticket offices without prior reservation, but ticket prices will be higher. https://liepkalnis.lt/en/winter/prices2/
2. If you need to rent equipment
a.) If you have reserved equipment online, take the queue number "WITH ADVANCE PAYMENT" at the rental terminal and prepare the QR code that you received by e-mail or text message.(On weekdays, arrive 20-30 minutes before your order, on weekends ~1 hour earlier)
b.) If you have not paid for the equipment rental in advance - take the queue number "WITHOUT ADVANCE PAYMENT" , while you are waiting, scan the QR code on the receipt and fill in the rental information. You will receive the rental order QR code by e-mail or text message. Present it to the rental employee.
c.) If you have a lesson with an instructor - take the number "ONLY FOR SKI SCHOOL STUDENTS" at the rental terminal
3. After receiving the equipment, fully prepare for skiing and only then go to the cashier to take physical tickets. Prepare booking QR code.
a.) If the ticket does not include discounts*, go to the self-service cashier.
b.) If the ticket includes discounts*, go to the cashier and prepare a document confirming the discount.
c.) If you do not have an advance ticket or have not paid for equipment rental, go to the cashier.
d.) If you have a lesson with an instructor, go to the self-service ticket office at the ski school to pay for equipment or collect your ticket or purchase a ticket.
*Discounts apply to:
Children under 6 years old (excluding)
Children under 12 years old (excluding)
Pensioners
Disabled
4. Attach your ticket in a visible place and travel to the slopes.
Also, don't forget to remove your old tickets
5. After skiing, return all equipment at once
a.) put snowboard boots in their bindings
b.) put on skis and lace up ski boots
If rented equipment is not returned on time, a late fee may apply.
